Hello CPR aka the FINAL module of Term 1!!! Good riddance MSK! :)

 Hey y'all!      MSK is officially over now that grades are released and I won't miss her LOL. I did not feel good about this exam at all. It was Gross Anatomy at Barry on steroids. Not that Anatomy changes, but time was a huge factor. Everything that we spent a whole semester on was thrown at me in 3 weeks. There was no time to solidify it all the way I like to. Rather, it was learn a little here there and learn a little there. We started the final module of the term yesterday-CPR which is Cardiac, Pulmonary, and Renal. It consists of 2 block exams, a lab practical, and an OCEX (online clinical skills exam). These last 7 weeks are going to fly by. I apologize in advance if I become unreachable especially the last 2 weeks. Don't charge my heart.       I've often been told by my mentors that medical school is a marathon not a sprint. First module of medical school is complete! Goodbye FTM, Hello MSK!

 Hey y'all! I just finished my first module (FTM 1 & 2) of medical school here at SGU. It consisted of 2 exams across multiple subjects. We had some Biochemistry, Genetics, Histology, Cancer Biology, and Molecular Biology. The volume came and boy did it come fast! The exams are cumulative so you have to keep up with the new material as well as the "old" material. 6 weeks flew by so quickly and tomorrow is the end of week 7. I swear all the days run together. I make a detailed schedule for what I am going to accomplish for the day and try my best to stick to it. Sometimes things have to be  tweaked. I attached a copy of how my weekly schedule looks like. Your girl is BUSY BUSY.  I really need to give myself more credit than I do. My feelings about the exam did not match the score I received.
